Fruit Berry Crisp

S’mores aren’t the only delicious treat on the Fresh Air menu! This delicious berry crisp is perfect for the holidays. Enjoy it at your Thanksgiving table or any day of the week. It’s sure to please kids and grownups alike. Just ask any Fresh Air camper!

Fruity Berry Crisp

Topping

½ cup of rolled oats
1½ cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup of packed brown sugar
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
5 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
½ lemon zested
A sprig of thyme / pinch of salt

Filling

4 cups your favorite chopped fruit
Splash of fresh lemon juice
¼ cup of honey or agave nectar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup corn starch

Directions
Preheat oven to 375 F. Spray 7×11 dish with non-stick spray. Topping; In bowl, combine topping ingredients. Pinch to make crumble. Combine filling ingredients. MIX! Transfer to baking dish. Sprinkle topping over fruit. Bake 55-60 min. until filling is bubbly & topping is golden.
